How the Admin Panel Works

Hi Events Rentals uses a modern, serverless real-time mockup administration panel. This guide explains how to manage rental inventory, process orders, and adjust global checkout fees.

Phase 1

Managing Rental Inventory

Administrators can dynamically add, edit, or delete items in the rental pool. Adding a new item immediately publishes it to the customer catalog page.

Daily Rental Cost The rate entered here is per calendar day. During customer checkout, the system multiplies this fee by the exact number of days selected.
Stock Safeguards Specifies how many of this item are in the total pool. Ensures customers cannot rent more than what is available for any overlapping dates.

Phase 2

Order Lifecycle Management

When customers checkout on the frontend website, a new reservation booking is generated in real-time. The administrator manages deliveries and returns through specific state steps:

Phase 3

Pricing Policies & Gateways

Adjust delivery charges, sales tax rates, and security deposit margins inside the "Settings" panel to immediately customize the checkout calculator.

Delivery & Setup

Flat fee charged to bookings to cover logistics, on-site setup, and teardown labor.

Security Deposit

Refundable deposit percentage computed on the subtotal. Released back to clients after product returns.

Tax Configurations

Toggle sales taxes. Updates local rates dynamically according to municipal requirements.

Test the Operations Live

Open the Administrator Panel to add a new category item or approve rental bookings made in the customer store.
